Our Story

Our story began around 2018. Bryan and I came up with an idea that sounded crazy (a bit ‘draztic’). We thought about starting our own business and being our own bosses. We started envisioning, researching and planning just how we could accomplish our goals. As time progressed, the world unexpectedly changed with the introduction of the global pandemic. While this did not derail our dreams, it did slow the progress down but in turn, gave us the much needed time we used for the thoughtful planning that it takes to start a business.

Fast forward a couple of years and all of the work we had put into the plan began to come to fruition. We decided that the best fit for our lives and dreams would be around bringing something to people that helps unite and inspire them – through their taste buds, stomachs and eyes.

From here, the ‘Draztic Aztec Food Truck’ was born. The theme of our business is Gourmet Mexican Fusion which consists of traditional Mexican dishes with a twist as well as non-traditional items with a Mexican twist. The beauty behind our intent is that we plan on changing the menu seasonally to keep things fresh and to help introduce various dishes to our customers. Inspiration never ceases and we plan on capitalizing on that fact and sharing our tastes and experiences with all of you. At the end of the day, you as the customer, are our most important focus.

Lastly, we wanted to extend our sincerest gratitude to our close friends and family for the encouragement,  love and support that we’ve been offered. We couldn’t have done this without you and we look forward to serving you.
